Anton, I have been following your recipes for years. I learned how to cook basic recipes from you! I was born in Australia, and when I was still a kid we were in Malta for a holiday. I remember my mum dragging me to somewhere in Cottonera, to Victor Dougal"s family (he was married to my mum's cousin and they were our neighbours in Granville). And I thought it was going to be another one of those visits with nothing for a child to do! How wrong was I?? You were making a replica of St. Elmo I think it was for some exam or something and it was massive, well it overtook your mums dining table, I spent hours watching you work, And although I am 46 today, I still remember it clearly. And you have certainly moved on from there. Keep up the good work.
