I was born in Australia from Maltese parents and am intrigued that are no Maltese restaurants to speak of. I have tried one in the western suburbs of Melbourne many years ago but would be interested if your writers knew of any in Melbourne? Cheers

I am so pleased I fount your website. It is a treasure that my family and I am going to visit regularly.
Maltese food is second to none. I was therefore, very pleased to read your article in the Times of Malta newspaper. I was in Malta for three months last summer.
I visited a few restaurants all over the Island and I was disgusted when I was served foreign food. I ordered a sandwich and it came on white, sliced Styrofoam, with a side dish of (chips), or crisps from a box. I ordered sausages, I got frankfurters. And, if I wanted hot dogs or hamburgers I would have stayed in America. Shame. (What's with the frankfurters?). Don't these businessmen realise that when one visits other countries one does not expect to eat the food they left home?
There are chinese, and other Asian, Indian, and Kabab, Restaurants, if one wanted to visit. But please, keep the Maltese Restaurants Maltese.
Please Anton, keep trying to convince these restaurants owners

So happy to have discovered you via Times of Malta. There are about forty of us Maltese here in Massachusetts and we meet 4 or 5 times a year. I make a point of bringing some Maltese dish! Thanks for this wonderful club, I know I will enjoy it.
