Celariac
Ingredients:
1 Large Celeriac
50g/2oz Butter
150ml/5 fl.oz. Single Cream
Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4 and grease an ovenproof casserole.
2. Peel and cut the celeriac into 5mm/1/4 inch slices and place in the casserole.
3. Melt the butter in a pan, add the cream, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Pour over the vegetables. Cover the casserole and bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
