Corn Dip

Ingredients:

100g/4oz Cooked Sweetcorn

150ml/5 fl.oz. Double Cream

225g/8oz Cheddar Cheese, grated

50g/2oz Freshly grated Parmesan

2 tbsp Mayonnaise

1 tbsp Freshly chopped Chives

Instructions

1. In a bowl, lightly whip the cream then add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Refrigerate until needed.
