Crab Dip

Ingredients:

50g/2oz Butter

250g/9oz Cream Cheese

2 tbsp Mayonnaise

150g/5oz Crab Meat

1 Onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 teasp Tomato Purée

1/2 Garlic Clove, crushed

1 teasp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together well. Do not use a food processor. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving
