4 ripe Avocados, peeled

1 large ripe Tomatoes, finely chopped

1/2 Onion, finely chopped

2 or more fresh Serrano Peppers, finely chopped

Lime juice



1. Remove the seeds from the avocados and place the avocado flesh in a mixing bowl.

2. Mash the avocado with a fork. (It can be as smooth or as chunky as you like).

3. Add the tomatoes, onion and peppers and mix well.

4. Season with lime juice and salt to taste. Cover and chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
