Pork Chops in Cider

Ingredients:
1 Onion, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
4 Large Pork Spare-rib chops
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
½ teasp Ground Allspice
180ml/6fl.oz Dry Cider
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
Salt and Pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 190C, 375F, Gas mark 4.

2. Place the chops, onion and garlic in a heatproof casserole dish.

3. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour over the chops and cook in the oven for approximately.
