ftit halib mhux xkumat jew jogurt
mgharfa zejt taz-zebbuga
dadi tal-haxix minghajr melh
bzar mithun frisk u melh

 

Metodu

1. Ahsel tajjeb il-pastard u qattghu f’bicciet imdaqqsin.
2. Qaxxar i-basal u qattghu f’bicciet zghar. Nehhi i-gilda u x-xaham
kollu tal-bejken u qattghu f’zghar.
3. Sahhan iz-zejt go kazzola u qalli l-basal sakemm jibdel ftit il-kulur
Zid il-bejken u kompli qalli ghal ftit minuti ohra.
4. Baxxi n-nar u zid il-pastard, l-ilmau d-dadi. Kompli sajjar ghal
madwar 90 minuta.
5. Ithan is-soppa bi blender. Roxx ftit bzar u melh, zid il-halib jew
jogurt u hawwad tajjeb.
6. Servi shuna hafna bi ftit tursin imferrex fil-wicc.
