Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

240ml/8fl.oz. Sour Cream

240ml/8fl.oz. Mayonnaise

1 x 400g/14oz tin Water Chestnuts, drained and diced

4 Spring Onions, (white and green parts) chopped

300g/11oz Cooked Spinach, drained

1/2 teasp Paprika

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients together well. Chill before serving.
