Stuffed Long Marrows – Qarabagħli twil mimli
1kg long marrows
600g minced meat. You can use either pork or beef or veal or a mixture of all three.
50g grated cheese
25g tomato paste
clove of garlic
salt and freshly ground pepper
- Peel and cut the marrows into pieces about 10cm long.
- Scoop out the insides.
- Continue cooking following the same method as Stuffed Marrows with Meat.
- Marrows can also be used for this recipe.
